Tuition Details

2 year olds

The cost is $185 for 6 Weeks with a $50 registration fee for the first workshop only.

Ballet - $140 for 6 weeks or $27 for walk-ins

These are season long classes for the 2024/2025 dance season, we have three levels of participation at JCDA:

  • VIP (registration only available in May & June) 

  • Premium

1 Class a week for the season Sept - the recital in June  $1,116 or 9 installments of $124

2 classes a week for the season Sept - the recital in June  $2,115 or 9 installments of $235

3 classes a week for the season Sept - the recital in June  $3,006 or 9 installments of $334

Unlimited classes a week for the season Sept - the recital in June  $3,789 or 9 installments of $421

  • Limited* (only available after November 1st.  2 month minimum).

1 Class a week for the month $130

2 classes a week for the month $238.13

3 classes a week for the month $334.26

Whats Included:

VIP & Premium plan commit to JCDA for the entire dance season. VIP & Premium plans benefits include being able to participate in the spring recital and receive tuition discounts. 

 

  • VIP plans – you may only register for VIP if your account is in good standing. VIP’s bundle the cost of their tuition, spring recital costume, recital t-shirts, and recital digital download together and can make 12 installments to pay the total amount due. VIP pay for their show tickets separately.

  • Premium plans - pay for their total tuition over 10 installments (after August 15th it's 9 installments) but pay for their recital costume, recital t-shirts, and recital digital download, and show tickets separately.

  • * Limited

The Limited is designed only for families who cannot commit to the full year due to relocation, temporary work assignments, or extended travel (for example, spending several weeks or months abroad).

To protect class consistency and progress, only a limited number of Limited spots are available per class, and this option is available after November 1st.

Terms:

  • You can not drop in.  You must register for specific classes.

  • Enrollment is on a month-to-month basis and subject to space availability and you must meet class age and ability criteria. Example: levels 4 & 5 are by teacher recommendation or audition.

  • A 30-day written notice is required to start, pause, or end enrollment.

  • A two consecutive month minimum is required.

  • Breaks shorter than one month are not permitted. 

  • Limited students are not eligible to participate in the Winter Show or Spring Recital.

  • Must wear required dancewear

This structure offers flexibility for families with changing schedules while ensuring every class maintains stability and forward progress.

Required Dancewear is not included in any plan.

 

Plans are for the full season - September - the recital in June.  Tuition is based on the number of classes taken per week.  Most classes meet once a week. Many are offered twice a week, but you must choose one day or if you choose both days then that equals 2 classes.

Ninety Minute (90) classes are an additional $525 for the year

2-hour classes are considered 2 classes.

Tuition is for the regular dance season, September - June. You may make one payment at the beginning of the year or make installments. Your 1st tuition installment is due at the time of registration.

Tuition is prorated based on when you start.  

 

Tuition is non-refundable.

 

Auto payment is mandatory for 2025/2026 dance season for multi-payment customers. A 3% credit card convenience fee will be charged to all credit card transactions. Please note ACH is 1%

 

Payments are due by the 1st of the month. For tuition paid after the 5th of the month a $25.00 late fee will be assessed.

 

Annual Registration is $50/family, due at the time of registration.

 

If a payment date falls during a holiday, payments will be accepted online or by mail - usually, this occurs during Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year.
